Does this phone need Wi-Fi?

All our phones need power and home internet. Most connect over Wi-Fi; the OldSchool plugs into your router with a network cable.

Can two phones share one number?

Yes. Order one phone line, then email support@chatterboxphone.com and we’ll add more handsets to it. Extra extensions are normally $2/month each, but we’re waiving that fee for 2026.

What if my child dials 911?

The call goes through, no matter what. A two-hour callback window opens so emergency services can reach you, and if you’ve set up 911 alerts, you get a text.

Can I return it?

Yes. If it doesn’t work out for your family, return it for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Service can be cancelled anytime from your account.
